When selecting the site, we took several factors into account:

• Available electrical infrastructure. At the chosen location we could build a new transformer HV/LV station with transformer redundancy and automatic switching between two independent HV leads from two EHV/HV switchgear stations.
• Available optical infrastructure. In the selected area, optical connections can be set up from four independent directions. Each optical path leads to one of the four corners of the building. Several telecom operators have their networks in the area.
• The selected site is located outside hazardous zones (flood zones, seismic hazard, proximity of high-risk facilities).
• Availability of office space in the area. Customers can rent office space in the building. Within a radius of 500m there are both modern and older office buildings with the opportunity to rent offices of varying standards and price levels, including a new modern business centre.
